A little context.
I’m the founder of Modern Labyrinth. My role brings together business decisions, the direction of projects, and the practical questions that come with delivering them.
A lot of the work I care about happens after something goes live: a form somebody gets stuck on, information that has gone stale, a process that could be easier. I want the work to stay useful.
